In Obduction, I contributed to the look and finalization of the Hunrath Tower interior. While the general layout and design were already established with loose blockouts, I worked on refining and completing the space. Some blockout props required only material work to reach their final state, while others were created from scratch using our internal toolkits. Additionally, I was responsible for asset creation and ensuring the final placement of objects within the environment.
This area prominently features several Backer Rewards — in-game objects designed by Kickstarter backers. For some of these, I handled full 3D modeling, while others were provided by the backers themselves. In both cases, I ensured the assets were game-ready by applying material setups, refining textures, and making any necessary adjustments to maintain visual consistency.
My contributions helped bring this collaborative, player-connected space to life while preserving the unique charm of Obduction’s world.
